Tesla app 4.60.5: wheel covers toggle and Robotaxi loaners

Tesla app 4.60.5 started rolling September 4. Two things in the notes are worth the download.

Wheel covers on/off is now a visualization toggle. If you run aero covers sometimes and not others, the car in the app can match the car in the driveway. It is a Paint Shop-adjacent change, not a range change.

Second: when your car is in service, Tesla can offer a Robotaxi ride instead of a loaner in markets where Cybercab or a supervised Robotaxi fleet is live. That is a policy change wearing an app toggle. If your service center is not in a Robotaxi city, you will not see it.

Quiet extras: wrap upload reliability on iOS, a cleaner Powerwall status row, and the continuing march of Creations. If you are still on 4.59.x, update before you try to push a custom wrap from your phone — 4.59.0 is the floor, 4.60.5 is the one that actually completes the transfer on the first try.
